I have a new Hashimoto diagnosis and was researching everything! This podcast gave me hope and direction!!
I’m strangely excited for this podcast! I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s at the age of 13, briefly put on medication during my teens for hypothyroidism, but from 20 on (I’m mid 30s now) I have been managing through lifestyle, diet and exercise without medications and monitoring the thyroid through regular blood tests. However the Hashimoto’s has recently started effecting me like never before. So to have this podcast by my side, knowing I’m not alone, knowing I can look forward to similar stories bring me hope. Thank you for this podcast Sandy!
Well done, nothing like it
This podcast is very necessary. I have a loved one with Hashimotos and I feel like this is the only podcast like it that is relatable to a person with it, a caregiver, or anyone needing to know more about living with Hashimotos. This podcast feels like a "survival guide" that you need to have a chance with living a normal life with it.
