The Hillbilly Has A Moment (feat. J.D. Vance)

Moment of Truth

In Today's "Moment of Truth," Saurabh and Nick sit down with J.D. Vance, U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, author of the best-selling "Hillbilly Elegy," and co-founder of Narya Venture Capital, to discuss the disastrous Afghanistan exit, parallel failures in Iraq, the problem with our University system, and why our ruling class and ivy-tower educated journalists get everything wrong about working class America.

J. D. Vance is an American author, Iraq war veteran, and venture capitalist. He is best known for his memoir "Hillbilly Elegy" which the New York Times called "one of the six best books to help understand Trump's win." The Washington Post called him the "voice of the Rust Belt." JD Vance earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Philosophy from Ohio State University and his Juris Doctorate from Yale University. Vance is a Visiting Fellow at the American Enterprise Institute researching American society and culture. He is currently a candidate for U.S. Senate in Ohio.
