The History of Tensions Between the U.S. and Iran Where Was This In History Class?

This episode was inspired by conversations that I had with students and colleagues who stopped me in the hallway and even my chiropractor as he was adjusting my neck. They all essentially had the same question: "Can you explain to me what is going on with Iran and how we got here?" So, I attempted to do just that. In this episode, we seek to explain the divisions within Islam, the history of U.S. relations with Iran, and provide background so that listeners can better understand the current events happening today.
