73: Detangling Resistances and Coming From a Place of Purpose with Guest Co-Host Kat Jackson
Have you ever found that you can be pretty clever when it comes to finding "reasons" for not doing that thing that you really want to do? It's so relatable.
If we gently got to the root of your "resistance," there might likely be a childhood hurt or old belief underneath. Compassionately detangling these areas can catalyze clarity, bravery, and confidence.
I am so thrilled to have Kat Jackson back on the podcast today.
We discuss how to compassionately detangle resistances in order to find the freedom to use your voice - whether literally or metaphorically.
Alongside the nuances of moving through resistance, we also discuss how coming from a place of purpose brings so much more clarity and confidence.
