You ladies have taught me so much! In turn, I share the information to whomever will listen! At the end of a podcast I feel like we were 3 friends having a chat. Thank you, Mel & Kellie for your creation!

Mel’s brother Matt is repulsive. Great information and then as you slowly progress in his journey, (they follow him 1,3,9 mo and a year in) you notice some of his comments. Makes jokes about alcoholism, cancer, and then cherry on top- his belief that all married women do the dishes because that is their job. Tells people to follow his ideology on YouTube. Disgusting person. This is suppose to be a safe space to discuss the journey and process not listen to blatant misogyny which the hosts laugh off.

I enjoy your podcasts and am definitely not a prude, but I don’t understand why you have to cuss so much, especially Kellie. Dang, it’s actually a little ridiculous at times, as it is so unnecessary…Relisten to Natalie and Mexico for an example!! I get you want to “be real”, but come on!!! The F bomb is overflowing and it degrades you as professionals. I listen to so many podcasts and no one even comes remotely close to you guys on cussing. Please just take it down a notch!!!
