The Importance & Value of Anger as a Natural Way to Fully Feel & Release Emotions, Avoid Rage, & Allow For Greater Divine Feminine Clarity & Peace
Hello Dear Listeners,
I had quite a few sentiments I was wanting to share this week...however due to being on the road with a full schedule of visits and traveling I just didn't have time to record. Please know that I believe whole heartedly that anything is possible for humanity and the disheartened and disenchanted sentiments being felt by so many regarding the current systems in place will be transmuted into something remarkable due to the intentions set and work done in this lifetime. My hope is that hearing this and continuing to share this through my work will help inspire beautiful souls to continue shining their light whatever may come.
This episode came to my mind when I considered which older episode I could re-release that might be relevant at this time. Not everyone is angry at this time, many are, and for all number of reasons and due various recent events. Regardless, we also have the end of the year and holidays coming up which can potentially bring challenging family dynamics, loneliness, stress, and reminiscing. This episode aims to remind you that you are allowed to feel angry, it is healthy to experience and express anger, and that it is a natural and normal emotion that all humans experience. And often makes space for greater peace and moments of joy and connection.

Anger is not always the most comfortable emotion. It can feel hot, fiery, overwhelming, & belligerent. At the same time, sometimes anger can feel satisfying if we're really upset with someone or want to feel self righteous in a situation. Whatever form it comes in, everyone experiences anger at some time or another. Yet anger is also often perceived as inappropriate, dangerous, or unacceptable. And while excessive anger that leaves to violence or destruction may be so, most expressions of anger are natural, healthy, and an important cathartic experience.
On this Identify and heal solo episode, I get into why fully experiencing & expressing our anger is very critical to releasing pent up frustration, hurts, & resentments. Without blowing off this steam as needed, anger can turn to rage which can lead to unfortunate acts and events that feel out of our control. So what is anger exactly? How can we identify the source to reduce the accumulation of it? Lots to explore and clarify around anger so lets get into it!
