Caroline and Liz are back with the latest from The Thirlwall Inquiry which is continuing to investigate how Lucy Letby was able to commit murder at the Countess of Chester Hospital.

Many describe their regret at putting their trust in the hospital and its staff. They detail the hospital’s failure to disclose information they say was crucial in preventing more babies from being harmed and how, in some circumstances, this non-disclosure amounted to lies and concealment. We also learn more about the implied relationship Lucy Letby had with a married doctor that may point to a motive for the harm she caused.
