This week I am joined by the talented Author Leif Gregersen who supports and educates others about mental illness. Leif has a fascinating story and he joins me today for a very candid and honest discussion about his life as he uses his own experiences having been in psychiatric hospitals and diagnosed with schizo-affective disorder, bipolar disorder and anxiety, to help others to understand what they might be going through, how and when to seek help, how medication can help, and how to manage your daily life. Leif also explains that mental illness is not a death sentence, you can get help and many people learn to manage and lead active lives. Leif has done extensive research into his diagnosis and mental health, and we are very privileged to have him on the show today to share his experiences. This week I am joined by M.K. (Kathy) McDaniel, the author of the memoir, “Misfit In Hell to Heaven Expat”. While dying from lung failure in 1999, she was placed on a ventilator and put into a drug-induced coma. A Distressing Near-Death Experience occurred and, although mostly traumatic, she also experienced the overwhelming bliss of Heaven which shifted her religious beliefs to a deep spirituality. Kathy credits the members of IANDS (International Assn. for Near-Death Studies) for her eventual integration of the Distressing NDE, and the ability to accept the sacred mission that caused her reluctant return to Earth. She now shares her experience, and its messages, as a guest on various media, and via her book.

This week I am joined by Sankarshan Das, a spiritual teacher, musician and author of the book, 'The Divine Love Memoir'. As a college student in the 60’s Sankarshan Das was depressed, not satisfied that the textbooks and teachers he read could not provide the answers to the meaning of life. Thus he decided to drop out of the material world and became a holy beggar in India. But on the way there on one astounding evening he realised that denying everything would ultimately mean denying denial itself. Instead of renouncing the world, he decided to revolutionise it. So instead of heading east, he headed west as a hitch-hiking, guitar-toting hippie on a world mission. He proceeded to write hundreds of songs and shared the stage with some of the most popular rock bands of that era. But more than that success, he craved spiritual enlightenment. This desire ultimately brought him to the realisation of the highest truth. He continues as an author and speaker on his mission to revolutionise this planet. Join us today as we enter into conversations about the meaning of life and his journey towards the Hare Krishna source of enlightenment.

This week I am joined by Medium Sharon Farber who is a message therapies and healer with over 35 years' experience and she is also and artist. Sharon is a Medium, mentor, teacher and author of 'Choosing to be aMedium. She gives readings and demonstrations in person and online, leads online mediumship development circles, teaches in person and online classes, and leads mediumship development retreats. Sharon works with people through Zoom and teaches with an 'If I can do it, so can you' mantra. In this episode we discuss some misconceptions about Mediumship, how she trained, her views on the spirit world and the work we do, and on psychics and how it differs from Mediumship.

This week I am joined by Stefani Fryzel (aka DYLN) who has spent two decades in the music industry as an artist, songwriter, and music producer. Her work has been nominated for a Grammy, featured on the Billboard Chart for Emerging Artists, nominated for radio music awards, and appeared in film and television. She is the creator of “The Songwriter Series'', an online event that offers mentorship from award-winning songwriters and is the author of the book and host of the podcast “Self-Care for the Creative,'' which both discuss self-care strategies for people in creative communities.
