    You are never stuck. You always have the right to change your mind. Knowing that you can change your mind can give you a sense of freedom and safety. Of course there are benefits and drawbacks from changing your mind, but it is you who must decide what is best. Ask yourself...is this challenge benefiting me and helping me to grow or is this challenge causing me suffering and injury. Take a listen and consider.

    Our love for others can help us get through the worst of times, especially when we have no love for ourselves. Our ability to love others can also motivate us to create change. Love is the fuel and the reason for life. That's just it. Self love is love for humanity. ❤️
