Your emotions are necessary and normal, some are just more desired than others.  Our emotions can provide us with valuable information about our experience. Learn why it is important to feel your emotions rather than ignoring them or pushing them aside; your health may depend on it. Use your emotions as tools for growth rather than falling victim to them. Take a listen and learn the value of all of your emotions!
