The Journey to Sex Positivity: Embracing Empowerment and Pleasure with Sexual Health Educator Sabrina Baldini

Break the Cycle

In this episode, we are breaking the stigma of sexual health as we speak with Sabrina B., a self described "sex nerd" with an advanced degree in Sexual Health with a designation in Sex Therapy.

Sabrina explains how she got into the field of sex and all the feel good pleasures that go along with educating people on what goes into getting down and dirty. We discuss how purity culture creates guilt, the impact guilt has on our ability to experience sexual pleasure, BDSM, Dom Sub relationships, the importance of aftercare, post coital dysphoria, the influence of sex scenes in film off screen, and the polarizing views on sex due to social media consumption.
