Did you ever have an experience that you thought you would never get through: A divorce, the passing of a loved one, losing your home, a pandemic?

The last one put me in a tailspin. I couldn't find my footing, or my connection to joy, no matter how hard I tried. I couldn't even get out of bed! Knowing, I didn't want to reside in this exhaustive place, I did what any one does who has storytelling as their vocation. I sought inspiration from stories. People were willing to have a conversation with me and talk about their hardships and how they came out on the other side. Thus, the Joyful Toolkit Podcast was born.

In this podcast, I speak to people who share their experiences and how they created a relationship with joy. Are you ready to find your joy? Let's walk this path together.

Creating Your Own Magic in Today's Society with Wynoami Glasser

Creating Your Own Magic in Today's Society with Wynoami Glasser

This interview was recorded on 1/7/2021. I’ve known Wynoami Glasser for over nine years, and I am thrilled to have her on The Joyful Toolkit. I was introduced to Wynoami when I was going through a rough time; I reluctantly emailed her and the rest was ✨magical ✨ history.
Wynoami is a singer/actor & an intuitive guide. The often used term for what she does is “life coach”; however, she feels that term doesn’t describe what she does, and the reason why will be discussed throughout the episode. Wynoami (among many things) helps women to expand their surroundings. She also helps them decondition themselves and follow their intuition, and place pleasure as their top priority.
    Join us as we discuss:
What joy means to Wynoami, and why it is a spectrum of experience
Why we should view the world as children and explore a world that is already ours.
    Her top 5 natural strengths
What the pandemic meant to Wynoami and me. We speak about how it’s an opportunity to take inventory in our lives and what is meaningful in our lives and as a community.
What tools help Wynoami, including yoga, crystals, Oprah Winfrey, coaches, among many others!
How being pregnant made her aware of the patriarchal system that we are raised in, and how the medical system is born out of that.
    Her intake on systematic racism

In this episode, I will be speaking about:
Losing loved ones in a pandemic
Dealing with life's nuances while feeling unstable

Bring on the JOY!

I love this podcast! The first episode gave me a beautiful and honest peek into how this podcast was born. Megan is vulnerable and authentic in sharing her obstacles, the inner critic perfectionism that (almost) kept this podcast from being brought to light, and ultimately, the joy she found along the way. I just purchased both books she mentions in the episode. I am so happy this podcast is launched and I can’t wait for the whole season, I'm looking forward to all the fabulous guest interviews sharing stories and deep truths. Bring on the JOY!

So Inspiring!!!

Just listened to the first episode...super excited for more! Megan is so authentic and transparent as a host. Really delicious. Even after just one episode, the podcast has already got me reflecting on connection, creativity, and how I really want to show up in the world...

Inspiring

I have to say, the first episode alone is really inspiring. Hearing about the challenge of perfectionism and it getting in the way and then you eventually pushing back on it is inspiring. What an incredible start to a podcast, I can’t wait to hear what’s next!
