However, this destructive path ultimately led him to hit rock bottom, forcing him to confront the depths of his addiction and the pain it had caused.Sean's journey towards sobriety was long and arduous, marked by numerous setbacks and challenges. Yet, through his struggles, he developed a resilience and determination that ultimately led him to seek help and support.     Self-Care Tips

    Tips 1You are doing enough. Tip 2 Walk Away from anyone or anything or any place that leaves you feeling less than your highest self. Tip 3 There is no elevator to Self-Care there are most definitely steps.Tip 4.Just because you don’t require much does not mean you deserve the bare minium.Tip 5Some days will test you more than other days.Tip 6While you are in these streets doubting yourself there is someone out there admiring your strength.Tip 7 It’s totally if you do not feel your best all the time.It's totally okay If you are less than perfect. You are imperfectly perfectIt's totally okay If you have bad days.
