An internal & external world exists.
 


They both play a crucial role in your ability to impact your clients lives.


As you begin to make improvements internally, you’ll notice them being mirrored externally.
 


For example, through meditation and reflection, you’ve created the space internally to “receive” support from people. Now you begin to notice that more people are giving you compliments and support.
 


The external mirrors the internal. But it doesn’t stop there. We must also work on and improve our ability to navigate the external world. If you forget to give the necessary attention and time to either world, you’ll notice yourself plateauing or declining.
