Covenant Church is like no other! Pastor Gordon is a genuine lover of Jesus and His Word. He delivers The Word with precision and lives his life openly, transparently and with humility. He completely understands that God is the final and ultimate authority for all things….including every teaching/series/word that is spoken from the pulpit. Pastor Gordon has sacrificed and surrendered all that God has ordered of him and he freely gives the congregation testimonies of his own journey, making him a compassionate leader. Like those of us with unwavering commitment to Christ and to His people, Pastor Gordon continuously offers himself as a living sacrifice to God and desires to remain a humble servant to Jesus and His Bride. He is firm but loving, funny with morals, lighthearted with burdens and as he continues to bring The Word to life, it’s always carried out with subtlety. Discipleship, reconciliation to God, comprehensive application of The Word are the some of the more important core principles every pastor in The Covenant Church Communities possess. Only those with pure intentions of being an instrumental vessel of The Holy Ghost can truly succeed while operating in the will of God….like Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruit” I’m grateful God pulled me out of darkness and into His glorious light but I am also honored for being planted in such a fruitful place! I’ve been a member since my very first visit which was the same day I was saved! January 14, 2000 and I’ve never looked back! Thank God for Jesus! Thank God for Covenant Church! Thank God for loyal Christians taking their right place in The Kingdom! Unapologetically! With tenacity!
