I’m so happy I stumbled upon your podcast. A month before hearing your interview on the RH podcast I was literally talking to my coach about syncing up my cycle with my work. I’m a small business owner and have been more focused on working with my energy as opposed to against it or following the norm - which is clearly highly influenced by the patriarchy. Love your feminist forward thinking vibe and all the awesome info you are sharing.

Quite Potentially Life Changing

This podcast has quite possibly changed my life. I stumbled upon it on Rachel Hart’s podcast and immediately connected with Kristen’s perspective. I’ve struggled with burnout for years and have been so hard on myself. As I approach 28 and am now a full time artist, small business owner, and understanding I am the designer of my life I was still pushing so hard and on the days where I had no energy I would get down on myself. This podcast has allowed me to better understand my feminine, lunar energy and why some days I am low and high. This podcast is just the beginning. Kristen has all the good, thorough info I wish I’d gotten as a teenager! Her podcast is so interesting and helpful. It has inspired me to live more cyclically and in flow with my own body. I also love everything she has to say about the toxic, patriarchal diet culture and subverting it through intuitive eating.
