Good Old Collingwood 4-ever
Started watching Footy in 2003 after coming home late from the pubs in Chicago. Was extremely lucky that I worked in Sydney and Melbourne for several months in 2008 and fell in love with the MCG & Collingwood. It was difficult to keep up after that but with the Watch AFL app improving over the last 5 years Iβve fallen in love all over again & have enjoyed watching Masonβs journey.
I had the pleasure of being at round 10 and 11 at the MCG and Marvel for your 100th game in May 2023. Was loudly chanting USA! as you scored those goals and proudly picked up a Mason Cox badge.

Great Show
I live in Chicago and found footy in the eaely 80βs, I had to work in college, was a bouncsr, and when I would get off work on weekends everyone was so drunk I would hide and watch footy. I absolutely love the fact the host holds mental health in high regard and was amazed at the Razor Ray interview.
Footy is everything right about sports. It requires fitness, endurance, strength and strategy. There were people in the game who I worried were trying to Americanize the game but there are purists, Ray being one of them, who maintain the integrity of the game.
Even if you know nothing about Aussie Rules, or know so much you dislike it, this podcast is a great listen
