    Peng is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Monk’s Hill Ventures, a leading early-stage tech venture capital firm in Southeast Asia. Peng is an industry veteran with over 25 years of industry experience as an entrepreneur, founder, and investor in Silicon Valley and in Asia. Prior to Monk’s Hill Ventures, he was a Venture Partner at GSR Ventures in China. The firm is known for its successful investments in companies like Didi Chuxing, Eleme, and Qunar. As an entrepreneur, he co-founded a series of successful companies including Match.com, Interwoven and Encentuate, whose products  today combined generate over USD$1 billion in revenues annually. Peng was awarded Singapore's Public Service Medal, P.B.M. (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat) in 2012. He formerly held statutory board directorships in: ACE, IIPL, SUTD, NRF, IE Singapore, IMDA. SingTel and YY, amongst others, were commercial boards he also served on. Peng is currently the Chair of SolveEducation! and serves as a member of the International Advisory Board for the University of Texas at Austin. He earned a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois.     Steve is an investor, advisor, and award-winning tech entrepreneur with 28 years of building businesses in Asia and Europe. This includes scaling teams from 2 to 1,500 people, raising over $400M in funding, M&A deals, and investing in and mentoring green-tech start-ups. He’s passionate about entrepreneurship, climate change, and social equality. In 2007, Steve co-founded PropertyGuru out of personal frustration, and set out to increase transparency and “empower consumers to make confident property decisions”. He led the business as CEO for the first 10+ years, growing it from scratch into a proptech unicorn used by 50 million people in 5 countries, with 1,400 staff, and took it public on New York Stock Exchange (“PGRU” NYSE ticker). Steve serves on the board. Steve founded Planet Rise in 2019 to help companies tackle climate change and social inequality, using tech to achieve impact at scale. He’s invested in and advises 17 Asian green-tech start-ups in clean energy, clean water, clean air, sustainable food, circular economy, sustainable finance, migrant worker rights, and women-led enterprises. In 2021, Steve co-founded Wavemaker Impact, South East Asia’s first VC climate-tech venture builder, with the goal of reducing 10% of global carbon emissions. We are developing a portfolio of 100x100 ventures (climate-tech businesses with the potential to mitigate 100MT emissions and generate $100M revenue each), working with seasoned entrepreneurs. Steve has supported the development of South East Asia’s start-up ecosystem over the last 16 years – as an angel investor (~30 start-ups), mentor, and VC (Wavemaker Partners / Wavemaker Impact), focused on sustainability tech. Steve is a member of the Asian Venture and Philanthropy Network (AVPN) and Top Tier Impact (TTI). He is also a sponsor/mentor/judge for HabitatForHumanity’s Sheltertech affordable housing accelerator, Capitaland’s Sustainable Buildings accelerator, and Temasek Foundation’s global The Liveability Challenge. Steve supports charities including FoodBank, Asia Startup Network (low-income families), and LightHouse (migrant workers).     Jeep Kline is a seasoned venture capitalist, a senior executive at Intel and pre-IPO technology companies, a World Bank economist, and a faculty at UC Berkeley with more than 20 years of experience in the high-tech industry. Her multi-industry career paths are threaded together in one big theme: global impact. She believes that “financial returns are necessary but not sufficient; impact returns are also required”. This has been the guiding principle of her career that yields positive results across multiple industries and economies. As a venture investor, Ms. Kline co-founded a venture capital fund investing in early-stage technology companies in Latin America where she remains a Founding Partner. Previously, she was an Operating Partner at a venture fund investing in 60+ early-stage high-growth companies across U.S. and Canada. Some of the portfolio companies include SpaceX (unicorn), AirBnB (IPO), Lyft (IPO), and You.com (pre-IPO). Recently, she founded SeaSky Lab, an organization that brings knowledge and resources from Silicon Valley to Asia for tech entrepreneurs. As an operating executive, Ms. Kline is the current President of AHEAD Medicine – a life science company using machine learning for cell analysis – holding 6 global IPs. Prior to AHEAD Medicine, she was a senior executive at Intel Corp., where she pioneered, launched, and scaled the company’s first Android-based tablet device globally. Ms. Kline was also an economist at The World Bank Group, where she supported Ministries of Finance in emerging markets to implement technology development projects in South America, Africa, Asia, and Eastern Europe.
