Now Adriana and Teth Adam must protect the Crown of Sabbac from falling into the hands of Intergang. The film's plot follows a cast and crew who gather to make a pornographic film on an elderly couple's rural Texas property, but find themselves threatened by an unlikely killer. “Pearl” (2022) is a psychological slasher film co-written by West and Goth, who reprises her role as the title character. Secretly filmed simultaneously with “X” (2022). “Pearl” serves as that film's prequel, showing the title character's early life in 1918 decades before the events of “X.” Sex, drugs, and geriatric patients.
