With a background in Human Resources and with over 10,000 one to one sessions under my belt as a therapist and coach I'm passionate about giving people the knowledge and skills to take charge of their mindset, wellbeing and performance. I worked in Human Resources for British Airways, Virgin Atlantic, De Vere Hotels and Debenhams to name a few. And it was during my time studying Solution Focused Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy I saw the missing piece of the jigsaw around HR strategy - employee wellbeing.
