Bonus Guided Meditation 4: Motivation for When You're Not Feeling Motivated

We’re taking a break until October 5th, but that doesn’t mean we aren’t still thinking about your well-being!
Throughout the month of September, we will share a new mindful meditation with you so that you can cultivate your own mindfulness practice.  If you find these mediations beneficial, be sure to share them with your family and friends.
If you’d like some coaching on how to dive a little deeper with your meditation practice, sign up for information about the Reflect. Learn. Grow. program that my friend and coaching partner Jill Dahler and I have created.  That will also roll out October 5th.  Since it’s our first time leading this program, we’ve significantly discounted the price for you, so check out the show notes and click on the link to learn more about the program and sign up for future updates.
The meditations you’ll be hearing this month are what I send out every Sunday in the newsletter.  If you haven’t signed up for that yet, go to www.mindfulmidlifecrisis.com and scroll down to subscribe.  You’ll get a different mindfulness meditation each Sunday along with information about upcoming events hosted by our amazing guests who are also seeking out opportunities to help people reflect, learn, and grow.  There’s some other goodies in there as well, so be sure to subscribe.
So find yourself a comfortable space and allow yourself to simply just be for the next few minutes while you follow along with this meditation.  And as always, may you feel happy, healthy, and loved.  Take care, friends.

Self-discovery at its best.

There are very few podcasts on the market that lift you up through humor, vulnerability, storytelling and deeper questions that get to the heart of what matters, YOU. I have listened to a handful of episodes and loved the dialogue and emphasis on well-being.

There are a couple of episodes every organization should require their employees to listen to, but you should explore on your own! Here’s to self discovery!

Excellent Content!

I tune in weekly to this show! If you’re late to the game, here’s what I’d recommend: Episodes 4, 10, 11, 19, 22, Seasons 3-5!
