The Mirror is a project that transcends just being a podcast. The intention is that I exist as my authentic self in a way that will inspire you to do the same. I hold up a mirror to you the listener as a way to evoke reflection, introspection and thus an elevated level of self awareness. This is a two way street which involves being honest, open and most importantly human. This mirror will embody an energy of love and play.

This episode covers my journey as an academic and my reasons for removing myself from that path. I also speak about the shame and guilt that comes with resting and briefly about the anxiety and discomfort that comes with going into the unknown.

This is my very first podcast episode and it’s a little rough around the edges but I am okay with that. With this episode I was not chasing perfection or poise but merely a start line.
