I’ve only seriously been into MMA for almost 5 years now. I feel like I learn more about the sport when I listen to Ashley’s takes on everything MMA. She funny, witty, very knowledgeable about her stuff. I also do enjoy her adult humor she brings every now and then. If there is one MMA podcast you should listen to, it is this one!

This nerd is on fire!!! Really knows her stuff and can articulate easily! Makes good calls, I enjoy referring to her before any big fight, especially when the cards are well stacked! Keep them casts coming, totally awesome!

You can’t utter podcasts or social media swagger without the name Ashley. In another life she was a speech pathologist and free-lance single specialist with a voice of 100 percent honey seeping, swiftly, and silently down a sap tree. If this podcast doesn’t evoke spiritual healing you need to find your spirit!

This is a really good podcast because both hardcores and casuals can dig it. I actually found it by accident and now it is my weekly fix. Sometimes the host Ashley even mixes some wrestling even a little pop culture references (marvel and game of thrones)
