UFC 313: Fine, I guess

UFC 313 looked decent on paper but in practice, it wasn’t much to write home about. We did get four great finishes and a banger from Gaethje-Fiziev, but the main event was anti-entertainment. It was a dud of a fight that saw Ankalaev hug his way to a title. Jalin Turner declared he was retiring, but King Green said he wasn’t—both were finished in the first round of their respective fights. Eugene’s mic issues make him unlistenable

As a big fan of all Bloody Elbow content, I’ve finally had to make the sad decision to not listen to anything Eugene is in. I enjoy his opinion but because he either has too much background noise, continues to adjust his mic, his content is unlistenable. Bummer because I used to enjoy him, and his cohosts on Care/Don’t Care. Eugene….please read this and do better…
