Monique... sounds like “U-nique” - I don’t remember how I got hooked in but here I am and I’ve come to appreciate her more and more every time I listen. She’s a veteran standup comic, a writer, and a seeker. What I appreciate most is her podcast called “3rd Hour” where she digs deep. She has a magical way articulating her life experiences which ultimately inspire her listeners to discover their “24 carat SELF.” Her revelations are ENERGIZING and will make you think about your life in a fresh new way. Her personal journey is a deliciously complex NOSH that you can savor and marinate on for WEEKS after it airs. You will want to keep them all- they are THAT GOOD.
