    Isabel Rojas was born and raised in the Bronx.  At the age of five she was sent to  the Dominican Republic to live with her grandparents.  She returned to the Bronx at the age of nine.  Isabel is no stranger to adversity. Her trials and tribulations shaped her into becoming the strong and dedicated Latina that she is.  She is a four time self-published author with a passion for helping others. She is a former Police officer and is currently employed by the Orange County District Attorney's office. She is a mom and a wife and very dedicated to her family.  Isabel moved to the Hudson Valley in 2010 and made her residency permanent in 2016 when she purchased her home in Newburgh, NY.  Isabel is a lover of all things that empower women.

    Maritza Calderon-Caballero is the Pharmacy Manager at CVS Pharmacy in Newburgh, NY. She attended The Arnold and Marie Schwartz School of Pharmacy in Brooklyn. She has been a pharmacist for 25 years and her practice has spanned across Hospital, Long Term Care and Community Pharmacy. At age 14, Maritza worked at Monument Street Pharmacy in Newburgh where she met a pharmacist by the name of Sanford Lieberman who inspired her passion for the pharmacy profession.

    Maritza is actively involved in her community as a Zumba Instructor, Healthcare Advocate and Breast Cancer Ambassador. As a Breast Cancer Survivor, she supports the American Cancer Society by hosting an annual Pink Zumbathon to increase awareness. She has hosted this event for 8 years.

    Maritza is a loving wife and mother, and owns a dog named Hercules. She loves to travel to her parent’s beautiful island of Puerto Rico as much as possible. Although not born in Puerto Rico her love and passion of everything Puerto Rican is immense. She loves to spend time with family and friends. In her spare time, she serves as an interpreter and translator for her Latino Community who experience disparities in healthcare because of language barrier and lack of knowledge and resources.

    Inaudy Gil Esposito, MS, is the Executive Director of the Orange County Human Rights Commission and an avid advocate and voice for targeted and oppressed communities. Born in Dominican Republic, Inaudy immigrated to the United States as a child, and has lived in the Hudson Valley since 2003. Her expertise is in social justice, diversity and inclusion, and gender violence issues, including intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. Inaudy was an English as a Second Language Instructor at SUNY Orange for over 10 years, and works tirelessly on eliminating oppression, racism, sexism, homophobia, and gender inequality in her community. She has sat on numerous boards and committees, including the New York State Coalition Against Sexual Assault, the Orange County Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Northeastern NY Coalition of Crime Victim Service Providers, and the Newburgh Ministries. Inaudy has been recognized as an Orange County Woman of Achievement, honored by the Orange County Democratic Women, a 2018 Orange County Rising Star award recipient and named a New York State Latino Rising Star by the New York State Hispanic Coalition.     Inaudy attributes much of her drive and accomplishments to her parents, and the significant influence of key women in her life.     Rocio Silva is a Mexican-American, Immigrant, Entrepreneur and Business Owner of R-Ramos Upholstery, Inc. She came to Newburgh, NY from Mexico City when she was 16 years old. At 17, she interned at R-Ramos Upholstery, then applied for a position and eventually earned her way up to purchasing the business from the original owners. She is a true American dream success story. Her incredible mindset, energy, and leadership qualities were all built from self-empowerment and trust in herself and her people.     Barbara Martinez was born in Bayamon, Puerto Rico but came at a young age to New York and was raised in the Bronx by a single mother along with four siblings. Barbara struggled with English as her second language but eventually graduated from Theodore Roosevelt High School with a Regents and eventually graduated with her Bachelor's Degree from Marist College in Communications & Psychology, with SUMMA CUM LAUDE honors. At age 19 she moved up to Orange County, NY.

    In 2003, she was offered a job with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office where she worked for 14 years and during that time she attended Marist College part time. In 2016, she moved on from the Sheriff’s office and was offered a position with the Orange County Chamber of Commerce as the Director of Communications. Barbara was also a co-host of her own radio program called Linea Informativa with Ruben & Barbara, which is the only bi-lingual show in the Hudson Valley. In the 2018 Nielsen Rating, they ranked 15th in the Hudson Valley for their time slot. 

    Barbara has been serving as the Executive Director for the Goshen Chamber of Commerce for since February 2019. As the Executive Director she has several SOLD OUT Chamber Networking Breakfasts under belt, she has introduced talk radio to the chamber as an added value for the members, LIVE every Friday from 12-1pm on WTBQ Radio titled “Goshen Chamber Connects” and has created a FB Live segment called “Chatting with the Executive” which highlights members and their business. She is the host of “Chamber Leaders Mastermind” a forum for Chamber leaders around the world. She introduced the first Chamber mobile app and is currently the only Chamber in the Tri-State area to have their own app.

    Barbara has been recognized as one of the 2014 Women of Achievement in Orange County and in 2019 honored with the Monticello-Goshen USA Harness Writers Association’s Amy Bull Crist Distinguished Service Award. She has been featured in several publications for her work with the NY Sheriff’s Association and the local Sheriff’s Office. She is one of the co-founders for the very successful Hudson Valley Fiesta Latina and was the Chair for the Orange County Chamber’s Latino Business Council. She has been asked to host and speak at many events, such as, the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley’s Farm to Fork fundraising event, the “Do You Love What You Do?” series and was Games Host for the OC Arts Council. She has been asked to speak on panels for the SUNY Orange Business Club. She has a passion for talk radio and promoting. As a hobby, Barbara enjoys promoting small businesses and not for profits. She has a segment called “Where in the Hudson Valley is Barbara Martinez?” using this form of promotion she utilizes Facebook Live to help showcase businesses all over the Hudson Valley.
