Meet college best friends Tara and Mariah as they prepare for a party nearby. As they open the Neighbor App to check for community updates, Tara uncovers that a possible stalker is in the area and suggests that perhaps they stay home to avoid danger. Mariah disagrees and that turns out to be the wrong decision.
