I’m a chef from the UK who moved to the US in 2004, this podcast just brings me back, I have a smile on my face the whole time I’m listening to it. From trip advisor reviews to boiling piont, it’s just top notch, I can’t wait for each episode to come out, it also gives me a lot of Inspiration for my own business.
