5 stars isn’t enough

I love listening to this podcast. The host, Nikki, is so real and you can hear how much she wants to help others in her voice. She also provides interviews with perspectives of other people and makes you think in a different way.

Down to Earth and Real

Nikki is so down to earth and real about the struggles so many of us face. She has tried all the different weight loss programs and realized she needed something that works for her. We can’t be perfect all the time when you are trying to lose weight and she makes you think about this and realize it. She covers so many topics that we all face with weight loss and life itself. Her Who Inspires Me Wednesdays gives us a whole other perspective from someone else going through what so many of us are. It is nice to have someone tell you, guess what…I’m dealing with the same thing, you got this.

Nikki always knows exactly what to say to put my own personal feelings into words. She's been through all the things and remains positive, supportive and motivating. She's funny, relatable and inspiring, and all of these qualities roll right into her podcast.
