Listening
I listen when I walk in the mornings and in the car on the way to college. I love it. It teaches and is easier to listen than read.
Thanks you
MOSSING SCRIPTURE
I’m sorry, I really wanted to like this podcast, and hoped it would help me grow as a Christian, and perhaps increase my knowledge by making the Bible easier for me to grasp a better understanding of it.
However, I am well-acquainted with the King James & New King James versions. Therefore, after listening to the very first episode of Genesis 1, I found this translation to be completely skipping over entire sections of Scripture. Where are accounts of the creation of Adam from the dust of the Earth, God bringing each animal to Adam for him to name, causing Adam to fall into a deep sleep & taking part from Adam in order to create Eve, etc.?
This makes me question, if this version completely leaves out and skips over entire sections of God’s holy word, what else will it leave out?? This is unacceptable. Woe to those whom add to AND take away from the Word of God!
Thank you for your effort to provide people with a way to hear God’s Word. Unfortunately, I cannot continue listening.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. Joshua 24:15
