Crystal Mckinney And The Amended Lawsuit Filed Against Diddy (Part 2) (11/13/24)

In May 2024, former model Crystal McKinney filed a lawsuit against Sean "Diddy" Combs, alleging that he drugged and sexually assaulted her in 2003. According to McKinney, she met Combs during a Men's Fashion Week event in Manhattan, where he invited her to his recording studio later that evening. Upon arrival, she found Combs and several men consuming alcohol and marijuana. After partaking in what she believed was marijuana, McKinney began to feel disoriented, suspecting the substance was laced with another drug. She alleges that Combs then led her to a bathroom, where he forced her to perform oral sex. Following the assault, McKinney claims she lost consciousness and later awoke in a taxi, realizing she had been sexually assaulted. McKinney's lawsuit was filed under New York's Victims of Gender-Motivated Violence Protection Act, which allows survivors to pursue civil action regardless of the statute of limitations. She also revealed that she preserved the clothing she wore that night, keeping it unwashed and stored in plastic for two decades, potentially serving as evidence. This lawsuit is among several allegations against Combs, who has faced multiple accusations of sexual misconduct and abuse. Combs' representatives have denied these allegations, asserting that they are baseless attempts to tarnish his reputation (commercial at 9:29) to contact me: bobbycapucci@protonmail.com source: gov.uscourts.nysd.621909.19.0.pdf

Cartel Chronicles: How Plan Colombiana Failed

"Plan Colombia" was a United States foreign aid and military assistance program that aimed to address various issues in Colombia, primarily focusing on countering drug trafficking, promoting economic development, and improving security. The plan was initiated in the late 1990s and continued into the early 2000s. Here is a summary of its key elements: Background: Plan Colombia emerged in response to Colombia's longstanding issues with drug production and trafficking, armed conflict involving guerrilla groups like the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC), and human rights abuses. The United States became concerned about the impact of drug trade on its own citizens and the stability of Colombia.Counter-Drug Efforts: A significant portion of Plan Colombia's funding was allocated to combat the production and distribution of illegal drugs, particularly cocaine and heroin. This involved eradicating coca and poppy crops, interdicting drug shipments, and supporting alternative livelihood programs for farmers involved in drug production.Security Assistance: The plan also provided military and law enforcement aid to the Colombian government to help them combat insurgent groups like the FARC and the National Liberation Army (ELN). This assistance included training, equipment, and logistical support to strengthen the Colombian armed forces.Human Rights Concerns: Plan Colombia faced criticism for alleged human rights abuses by Colombian security forces, including extrajudicial killings and displacement of civilians. Some critics argued that U.S. military assistance indirectly supported these abuses.Economic and Social Development: A portion of the plan's funding was directed towards promoting economic and social development in Colombia. This included initiatives to strengthen democratic institutions, reduce poverty, and improve access to education and healthcare.Successes and Controversies: Plan Colombia achieved some successes in reducing coca cultivation and drug-related violence. However, it was also criticized for not fully addressing the root causes of conflict and for being overly focused on military solutions.Legacy: Plan Colombia had a lasting impact on Colombia's security and drug policy landscape. It evolved over time and influenced subsequent U.S. policies in the region. It also had implications for regional geopolitics and relations between the United States and Latin American countries. After all that money and all that blood, more cocaine is now being produced than ever before. In this episode, we dive in! The Cartel Chronicles: How CJNG Locked Down The Money Laundering Game In Mexico

The Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) has become one of the most powerful criminal organizations in Mexico, and its control over money laundering operations is significant. Here are the key points summarizing their dominance in this area: Extensive Network: CJNG has established a sophisticated and extensive network for money laundering, leveraging various methods to clean illicit funds. These include using shell companies, real estate investments, and legitimate businesses as fronts.Financial Expertise: The cartel employs financial experts who help design and implement complex schemes to launder money, making it difficult for authorities to trace the illicit funds.Corruption and Influence: CJNG has infiltrated local economies and government institutions, using bribery and intimidation to maintain control and avoid detection. Their influence extends to corrupting officials who might otherwise hinder their operations.Global Connections: CJNG’s money laundering operations are not confined to Mexico. They have international connections that allow them to move and clean money across borders, utilizing global financial systems.Diversification of Methods: The cartel uses a variety of money laundering techniques, including trade-based laundering, cash smuggling, and the use of cryptocurrencies. This diversification helps them stay ahead of law enforcement efforts.Strategic Investments: CJNG invests in legitimate businesses across various sectors, such as hospitality, construction, and agriculture, providing a cover for laundering large sums of money while also generating additional profits.Through these methods, CJNG controls a significant portion of the money laundering activities in Mexico, estimated to be over 70%. Their ability to adapt and innovate in financial crimes has made them a formidable force in the criminal underworld. A  report put together by the American state department had some pretty alarming findings. Mainly, that CJNG has now taken over the vast majority of all of the money laundering fronts in the country. With the cartel already being considered as one of the biggest threats to security inside of Mexico and outside due to their role in narcotrafficking, this signals that the cartel that originated in Jalisco, is not only gaining strength in numbers, but also logistically. The Cartel Chronicles: The War Between The Sinaloa Cartel And CJNG In Baja California

The war between the Jalisco New Generation Cartel (CJNG) and the Sinaloa Cartel is a complex and ongoing conflict within the world of Mexican drug trafficking organizations. Both cartels are powerful and influential in the drug trade, which has led to violent confrontations as they vie for control of key drug trafficking routes and territories. Here's a summary of the conflict: CJNG (Jalisco New Generation Cartel): CJNG is a relatively newer and highly aggressive criminal organization that emerged in the early 2010s. It is known for its brutality and has rapidly expanded its influence, challenging established cartels like the Sinaloa Cartel.Sinaloa Cartel: The Sinaloa Cartel, led by notorious figures like Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán, was one of the most dominant drug cartels in Mexico. Despite Guzmán's arrest and extradition to the United States, the cartel continues to operate and compete with CJNG.Rivalry and Violence: The CJNG and Sinaloa Cartel have engaged in a violent struggle for control of drug trafficking routes, production areas, and distribution networks. This rivalry has resulted in numerous clashes, assassinations, and brutal violence in various regions of Mexico.Government Intervention: Mexican authorities, with the support of the United States, have launched operations to combat both cartels. These efforts have resulted in high-profile arrests and seizures of significant drug shipments, but the cartels continue to adapt and persist.Impact: The conflict has had a devastating impact on the Mexican population, leading to widespread violence, displacement, and instability in affected regions. It has also affected drug trafficking routes and the flow of illegal drugs into the United States.Ongoing Situation: As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, the war between CJNG and the Sinaloa Cartel continued to be a significant and evolving issue. The dynamics of the conflict may have shifted since then, so I recommend consulting the latest news sources for updates on the situation. In this episode we take a trip down to Baja California for a look at the bloody war being waged for the drug corridors into California through San Ysidro and how that war continues to expand across the whole of Mexico and into the United States. Cartel Chronicles: AMLO And His Completely Detached From Reality Rhetoric Concerning Cartel Violence

Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO), the President of Mexico, has often presented a rhetoric of peace and reconciliation in his approach to dealing with the country’s powerful drug cartels. He promotes a policy of "hugs, not bullets" (abrazos, no balazos), emphasizing social programs and economic development to address the root causes of crime rather than relying solely on military force. However, this rhetoric does not align with the reality on the ground for several reasons: Continued Violence and Crime: Despite AMLO’s peaceful rhetoric, Mexico continues to experience high levels of violence and crime. Homicide rates have remained alarmingly high, and the power and influence of cartels persist across many regions. The cartels are still heavily involved in drug trafficking, extortion, and other criminal activities.Cartel Influence and Control: In many areas, cartels have significant control over local governments and economies. They operate with impunity, often outmatching local law enforcement in terms of resources and firepower. This undermines the state's ability to enforce law and order and protect its citizens.Inconsistent Enforcement: While AMLO speaks of reducing violence through non-violent means, there have been instances where the government has had to resort to military intervention. These actions sometimes contradict his stated policy and highlight the challenges the government faces in dealing with powerful and violent criminal organizations.Human Rights Concerns: The strategy of non-confrontation has also led to criticisms regarding human rights. Victims of cartel violence and their families often feel neglected and unprotected by the government’s approach. There is a perception that the state is failing to ensure justice and security for its citizens.Economic and Social Factors: Although AMLO emphasizes addressing poverty and social inequality as a means to combat crime, the implementation of these programs has been slow and uneven. The immediate impact on cartel operations and violence has been minimal, leaving the root causes of crime largely unaddressed in the short term. President Obrador of Mexico took a trip to Sinaloa recently to talk up a new highway project that was under construction. During this trip the people who were accompanying him by car while he was in a helicopter were stopped at a checkpoint by heavily armed men. The problem? These men were not in the army or part of a police department. After the harrowing event, AMLO decided to continue his day of delusions by attempting to play down the situation to those in the media and others who were gathered.
