Your host, Joelle Samantha, is the founder and CEO of Level TEN Coaching, an evidence based fitness and nutrition coaching company that places an emphasis on individualized training protocols, personalized and periodized nutrition, and mental health. Level TEN prides itself on taking a comprehensive, whole body approach to one's personal health & fitness goals. Since leaving her teaching career of high school health and physical education, Joelle has also co-founded another business, Fit Coach Pro, an online fitness coaching software company designed to help coaches streamline and organize their coaching processes.
