How Long Should Your Daily Routine Take?
One of my College Coaching clients called me because he didn't like the way things are going with his pitchers during their pre-practice, daily routine. He felt that things were way too loose and relaxed..especially for his taste, and he wanted to know if I had anything new for him that he could try?
