Using Atomic Habits to Reach Your Postbump Goals
If you're a habits and personal development junkie like me, then this episode is for you.
I recently read James Clear's book 'Atomic Habits' and absolutely loved it. I started applying the lessons and tips he has in his book into my own life and realised these same tips could be used for my clients.
Most people, include (or especially) new mums can struggle to follow a fitness or pelvic floor programs and applying James Clear's teachings could really help to stick to those habits.
In this episode I go through the basics of what he teaches and how you can apply them to your life. I definitely recommend reading the book too though so you can get a better more detailed explanation of his tips and how they can work for you.
