    Today is a very special episode where I have Karan Ashley aka Aisha Campbell from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers! Aside from the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, she has had roles in Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, The Steve Harvey Show, One on One, Kenan & Kel and many other projects! Not only is she an actress but a producer and writer as well and has starred in two feature films, Unto Thee and Devon's Ghost where she served as lead actress, writer and producer.     Mother's Day Message

    Hey all! I came on here to say that there would be no new episode, however, God did give me a message to give to you all! It's funny how that works right? Love your mom, appreciate her and celebrate her not just on Mother's Day but everyday! For those who do not have a great relationship or any relationship with their mother, ask God to give you the strength and wisdom to forgive and ask Him to help you let that pain, anger, unforgiveness go.     Hello all! Today starts a new series for the month of May called "Forgiveness and Motherhood"! Today is part 1 and I had the pleasure of speaking with Maria Modamwen! Maria Modamwen has a career in Contract Administration for the Federal government. She is a mom to her beautiful 4 year old son, Midas. Becoming a mom led her to solidifying her life passion in wellness. She advocates for mother’s wellness through her platform, Golden Mom Journeys (GMJ). GMJ focuses on empowering moms through their pregnancies, birth experiences, and post-partum journeys through our doula services with a focus on holistic fitness. When moms are holistically fit, that’s when they are truly empowered. She spoke of her journey of forgiveness with her mother and in becoming a mother.
