    As a Recovery Specialist, Youth Mentor, and Certified Life Coach, I’m passionate about empowering individuals to overcome adversity and reach their full potential. My journey from a former gang member and prison inmate to a dedicated change-maker has taught me the power of resilience, and I’m committed to sharing that with others. Through my work, I help individuals and communities break free from cycles of trauma, addiction, and limitation. Growing up and having relationship issues with my father and living in different neighborhoods, I was drawn to the streets and eventually became a gang member. But after a stint in prison, I hit rock bottom. It was there, in that darkest moment, that I discovered my resilience. I realized I had two choices: give up or use my experiences to make a difference. I began to mentor fellow inmates, sharing my story and encouraging them to seek a better path. Upon release, I dedicated myself to helping at-risk youth avoid the mistakes I made. I've seen countless individuals transform their lives through my work as a Youth Mentor, Certified Life Coach, and Recovery Specialist.     Zulma Williams is the founder of Dragonfly Therapy Services and the main provider of therapeutic services. Zulma was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and moved to the United States when she was 31 years old. After working in the accounting field for several years, Zulma decided that she was ready for a career change and worked toward her goal of becoming a social worker. She completed her Bachelor of Social Work at age 46 and then was diagnosed with breast cancer. To focus on her health, she moved back to Argentina to have family support and complete treatment. After becoming a breast cancer survivor, Zulma moved back to Las Vegas and enrolled in the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Advanced Master of Social Work program at the age of 50. Zulma completed her degree and clinical hours and is a licensed clinical social worker. Her specialty of practice is working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder. Zulma is a certified Master ART® Practitioner. I used to think either you had it or you didn’t...And if you didn’t, there was a level of success that was not possible. This experience showed me with the right tools...
