With over 55 million unpaid caregivers in the U.S., I want to shed light on the immense, often unseen work they do, valued at over $600 billion. But this isn't just about numbers; it's about real people facing real challenges. My story is a heartfelt call to transform caregiving from a solitary struggle to a collective mission, ensuring that caring for a loved one doesn't mean losing oneself.
