This journey has been so profound since my last time taking the TEDx stage in 2019 and today I’m getting raw + giving you my journey of cultivating my speech. My speech is called the Chemistry of Resilience and is about understanding what healthy resilience is through my very own story. One thing I’ve learned… when you are cultivating yourself as a speaker by articulating your message to allow others to create transformation… YOU transform. And that’s what’s happened to me over the years. On April 7th, I’m bringing to the stage this culmination of my life!
