Like others have mentioned, the content is solid and guests are pro, but it’s super cringe to listen to the host struggle with looking for his handwritten questions, seemingly unprepared, and “um”ing and “ah”ing throughout.

The content is great but host fails to deliver and appears to be an amateur. It’s a shame because the topics covered are very helpful and the guests are fantastic. It’s a bit uncomfortable to listen to the host struggle to clearly ask his questions and does not present himself as professionally as the guests.

Can def learn about prefab, but the host is never prepared for the guest - seemingly hasn’t even looked at the company website sometimes. Like there doesn’t seem to be any prep on his part to get to know the particular company so he can ask informed questions and then he apologizes for not knowing stuff about the company. To the guest.
