Society starts from forming the best form of gov't to sustain the well-being of the community. And these best forms of governments and society overtime will decline from top to bottom. The first stage type of governments or regime that equal or aligns the natural order of The Gadaa form of governments practiced by the Oromo people, so Aristocrat is a type of gov't ruled by the best from amongst it's people and it values Reason and Wisdom. In a progress of time Aristocrat will decline to ti·moc·ra·cy the second type of regime, the rule of courage and high spiritedness. The rule of power, military and honor and fear. Some countries are stuck in such forms of regime. These regimes also define what society value or under what types of governments people are living. So this the rules of ti·moc·ra·cy will decline to the rules of the rich and powerful that was enabled through the rule of military and force. Thus those who had power over other through force will create their own wealth and institutions/mechanism that maintains wealth/resources, fame, social class, and indispensable political ideologies. Due to institutional, military power, and impositional pseudo identify ioppression society revolts in demand of fairness. This traditional process is from the Oligarchic and feudalism regime to a fourth stage of decline to Democratic regime or types of governments soon society will heading to the last stage of types of or forms of governments called Anarchism. And looking at human history and behaviors to some degrees changes are natural. What are not natural are in this case regarding the Oromo people the social claps and the continuation suffering caused by a force and accidents from outside elements. A rougue and war infested society of North called the Amhara and their warlords. During this invasion the Oromo people the governing and leadership programs and systems gotten compromised and collapsed and continues to fail and unable to cultivate a proper regime and soul, it's culture, and its communities. For sure these suffering will continue until Oromo people comes to either accept Ethiopianism which nothing will change for Oromo, or through it's Gaurdian Class ABO/WBO Arm struggle restore its liberty as a Nation State.
