    Say No To Signing A Settlement Agreement

    If you are a Plaintiff In Court & you prevail- the court mediators job is to convince you to sign a payment settlement agreement_ it is a contract between you & the defendant_ Do not agree to sign one as the Court will not release you from it even though you can prove Breach Of Contract & the defendant is not making payments.

    Listen to this reading of the Declaration of "Elder Abuse" allegedly encountered by me as submitted by Circus Clown Linda Crosnoe of the Crosnoe Circus to the Ventura County Courthouse in 2018 Its amazing what people can write on a piece of paper to obtain court hearings! Fortunately I was able to disprove all the fabricated statements  & then- sued her for the perjury committed  on court documents to obtain personal gain.
