The reason you're not winning - a little tough love

This is my 100th episode of the podcast! To say that I'm shocked to be here recording this episode would be an understatement. 

I was struggling with what my topic should be because I wanted to make it extra special for this milestone. I then realized that I haven't missed a week of recording since I started the podcast in February 2023, so I don't need to put so much pressure on today's episode. 

I'm sharing the lessons I've learned since starting this podcast in the hope that these lessons can help you win in your business.

• Not putting too much pressure on yourself for any one piece of content
• How proud I am that I show up for this podcast even when an episode or show metrics aren’t where I want them to be

• How consistency is more important than perfection

• How if you can’t sell when you have 100 people watching, you won’t be able to sell when you have 10,000 people watching
