Pretty good!

I’m happy to have a new WNBA podcast to listen to! She has a deep knowledge of the game and some great insights! I agree with the previous review in that I haven’t quite latched onto her interview style, but the only thing that makes it challenging to listen to is there’s a lot of background noise, particularly while her guests are talking. I’m not an audio expert, so I’m not sure if it’s a hardware issue or if someone is making sounds too close to the microphone like drinking or moving things around. But overall it’s a great show and I’ll keep listening!
Seerat Sohi is a star

When a new podcast launches, particularly in the sports space, you can tell the quality of the host by the guest they bring on. Seerat Sohi has had incredible guests since the launch in this pod and has jumped up among the best pods covering the WNBA, right next to The Dunker Spot. Her talent and enthusiasm for the sport is so obvious and infectious, very excited that she got this opportunity.
Talking in circles and not asking the guest enough questions

I love WNBA podcasts and was excited to add this one to my rotation but the host talks in circles and touches on 8 different topics that are unrelated before asking her guest a question. I’m all about having a dialogue but it’s really hard to follow. I noticed it in both the Ros and Indiana Fever beat reporter episodes - she’s essentially talking to herself and having too many trains of thought in a really long monologue before inviting the guest to speak. I guess it’s fine when it’s a solo episode like the recap of Game 5 but the last two episodes have been *rough*. Would encourage her to listen to a few other podcasts to understand how to interview people and how it should flow because she’s taking up way more airtime than her guests and because she’s saying so much in the lead up to her question, the guest seems to be having a hard time responding because they don’t even know which topic out of the 8 she just said to even respond to.
