Andy’s level-headed, we’ll-researched, and clear presentation of how nutrition and strength training work together is unparalleled. And the interviews are great, especially the one with Ben Carpenter. If you’re looking for a science-based approach that’s super informative as well as engaging, look no further!

Andy, I've much [long overdue] gratitude to express, but I'll try to keep it concise. I can't recall how I "discovered" you some months (maybe even years now) back, but I did. Initially, I subscribed to your email list simply to see how you were reaching your clients and what you were "saying" to them. (I'm a fitness and nutrition coach trying to reach more people, better.) Ultimately, though, I stopped "listening". For some reason, I could never quite bring myself to unsubscribe, but I would quickly dismiss/delete your emails. But, late last year, I started paying attention again. More specifically, I listened to your podcast. The first one I listened to was the interview with James Clear (James Clear). Being a coach that takes a habit-based approach to coaching, my interest was greatly piqued. I listened to it. I loved it. But it wasn't only the content that I loved. You're questions, the flow, and your interaction with James were all equally great. I then started picking and choosing topics and/or guests that sounded interesting to me. Some names I recognized, many I didn't. Sadly (or so I thought), I reached the end of my playlist of episodes that fit that criteria. But because you're interviews are so well done, and because you have since earned my trust (in a BIG way!), I decided to go back and start listening to all the episodes in order. The most recent one I listened to was with Jordan Syatt of Syatt Fitness. And it was this episode that broke the proverbial camel's back in terms of wanting to reach out to you and let you know what a blessing you and your guests/friends (like Jordan) have become to my business (I started my own training company in July of last year). I'm hopeful I'll one day get to meet you and your ilk, whether at the The Fitness Summit in Kansas City, Epic "across the pond", Tokyo, or Nashville (you can visit me and JC Deen of JCD Fitness while you're here!) I'm a little nervous, though, I've only got like a dozen episodes left to listen to. Although, I guarantee I'll be listening to many of the episodes again! Thanks, again, Andy. You're changing lives more ways than you may know! P.S. I wish I could personally thank ALL your guests as well. Everyone from Agu to Umphrey (and eventually Valdez!) P.P.S. How's that for concise!?
Great Podcast

Lots of great pieces of information from a lot of great guests on the show (and Andy). Not to mention it has a nice light hearted tone and humor that makes it enjoyable to listen too.
