I want you to think very hard about the role food plays in your life.
Is it just fuel for your body and sometimes pure joy? Or is it more than that?
Is it a break? Is it a delay tactic? Is it a pick me up? I think we all develop habits of using food as something other than its intended use.
In today’s podcast we talk about what role food is playing in our lives, and if that isn’t working well for us, what needs to be different in order to not use food in that way. It’s a doozy.
The good news? Once we can figure this out, we get to enjoy food or coffee or booze, you name it, just because you enjoy it, not as a way to make something else better or more tolerable.
