In the spotlight thanks to his upcoming coronation, King Charles III has the daunting task of responding to these allegations and reckoning with the role the monarchy has played in fanning the flames of racial strife over centuries. Nazir Afzal, OBE, Chancellor of the University of Manchester and former Chief Prosecutor for the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), joins to discuss the Royal Family’s way forward and his own encounters with racial tension at Buckingham Palace.
