A podcast for every runner

Tina is so accomplished and talented, yet here she has created a podcast that is relatable to all runners—shapes and sizes, paces and experience.

I am so thankful at all the work Tina has put into building an empathetic and supportive community and the resources she provides to us all via her podcast—such great topics on training, sleep, body image, etc.

Awesome running podcast

I started to listen this podcast when I was preparing for my first long race. Race was Winter Warrior Finland that is 15k Obstacle course race. Even my race wasn’t traditional run this podcast really helped me to prepare mentally and physically. Every episode has really good tips from experts in different field like sport psychology, sports medicine, running technique, recovery from injury and stories of awesome athletes. All these stories are filled with realism and you really can see that running has its tough moments even one would be Olympian. Tina Muir is awesome and full of energy when doing the interviews so this podcasts is fun to listen. I highly recommend :)

If you’re a runner, you need this podcast

Tina consistently delivers real information, shares real experiences, and leads a real community of all kinds of runners. After listening to this podcast I enjoy my runs more, I’m more gentle with myself when stuff goes wrong in races or in training, and I am MUCH more informed about how to take care of myself while pushing for those goals!
