A great show

This is a very informative podcast that reaches the whole spectrum of running. There’s information for everyone from beginners to more experienced runners.

On top of the great information and recommendations the host Tina seems like one of the most genuinely nice people ever.

Running for Real is by far the best running podcast I have found yet and I’ve tried a lot. Tina is so personal and genuine and she brings on so many knowledgeable and interesting guests. I have learned a lot from listening and look forward to a different episode every morning during my workouts. As an injured runner who is stuck cross training, anything that can make my workouts more enjoyable is a huge help!
