Episode 45: Self Care During Pregnancy with Dr. Laura Ricciardi Habit Hack Your Health | Atomic Habits, Healthy Habits for Millennial Moms, Meal Prep Hacks, Fitness Over 40, Habit Loop, Hab

    • Health & Fitness

Today I'm chatting with Dr. Laura Ricciardi--a former self proclaimed self care sceptic who found the value of slowing down as a form of self care.  Laura is expecting her first baby near the end of September and she shares what self care looks like now that she's expecting and what she hopes it continues to look like for her once her sweet baby arrives.  This is an important conversation regardless if you're expecting or not!
Laura Ricciardi, Ph.D.,is a Whole30 Certified Coach, wellness enthusiast, researcher, newlywed, and mama-to-be. She is passionate about helping women find their food freedom and switch to safer products. In her free time, she can be found in the gym or the kitchen, creating new recipes for her series entitled “Whole30 for People Who Don’t Cook." Laura lives in Mount Vernon, NY with her husband, Adam.
