Makes healing topics feel safe and easy to digest

I love that Laura is out there doing the work and sharing her experience with self-compassion from a place of actively working toward better self-compassion herself. On the podcast, she approaches her topics with genuine interest and curiosity, she asks guests mindful questions, and she talks about healing in a way that feels safe, digestible, and easy to understand. Seeing Laura practice self-compassion online and through her podcast makes it easier for me to be more compassionate towards myself.
