     After graduating with an engineering degree and then an MBA from Ohio State, Paul entered the management development track at Ford Motor Company in Detroit. After five years, he departed to start a staffing company with a partner. They scaled and sold the company to a publicly traded firm five years later. After a brief “retirement” in his early 30s, Paul began investing in real estate in 2000 to protect and grow his own wealth.
    He completed over 85 real estate investments and exits, appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters, rehabbed and managed dozens of rental properties, and developed a subdivision. After completing three successful real estate developments, including assisting with the development of a Hyatt hotel and a very successful multifamily project, Paul narrowed his focus on commercial real estate in 2011. Paul is married with four children and lives in Central Virginia.

    Mike Zlotnik has been a debt and equity investor in real estate for since 2000.  He started his career and had spent nearly 15 years in the information technology field managing Risk, Business Intelligence and Quality of complex systems, software and processes. 
    While building a successful carrier in IT, Mike’s passion has always been real estate investing because of its predictability of outcome and well understood risks.
    In 2009, Mike joined Tempo Funding, LLC (Mortgage Pool Fund) as a managing partner, and Vice President of funding operations. 
    Starting from January 2014, Mike has assumed the responsibility of a CEO and has since founded TF Management Group, LLC, launching 4 new real estate investment funds, TF Investment Fund II LLC (Income Fund), Tempo Opportunity Fund LLC (Growth & Income Fund), Tempo Growth Fund LLC (Growth Fund) and Tempo Income Fund LLC (Income Fund).

    Mike holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Binghamton University.  Mike is a member of multiple real estate and investor mastermind groups such as Collective Genius, Freedom Founders, Venture Alliance, CA Investors (Private).

StorCo not only provides storage solutions to the communities it’s three facilities are in but is also a part of the community itself.

    At age 8, James started to work for his father’s company, Reid’s Tree Service. Among many things, his father taught him how to work hard and to provide customer satisfaction, one client at a time. He dreamed of owning a company like his dad, and at age 13, he started a lawn service. While going through high school, he hired a crew to focus on school and grow his business at the same time. College offered him the opportunity to learn more about the industry and business. While attending college, he opened a Garden Center to provide his clients the best quality plants and materials. 
     
    In 2008, James saw another opportunity to provide safe, clean affordable housing to residents in the vicinity of Moscow Mills, Missouri.  By purchasing 10 mobile home units in a nice mobile home park, Rental Solutions was born. Rental Solutions provides homes to 10 families on an ongoing basis.  With continuous maintenance and repair, he protects his investment which has continued to provide nice homes for families for more than 10 years. 
     
    Always focused on opportunities, James began studying the self-storage market in 2010. After searching for the perfect property for more than 3 years, he successfully purchased, financed, designed, and transformed a former car dealership into the latest addition to his holdings, StorCo Self Storage.   StorCo offers more than 500 secure, indoor, climate-controlled units for the residents in the Wood River, Illinois area.  StorCo has convenient entry and exit points and offers outdoor parking for RVs, campers, boats and more. In addition, the building offers white-box rental spaces for small businesses including Comet Cleaners and office spaces for the State of Illinois.
