The guys make and old and storied Gin drink named after a naval doctor, Rear-Admiral Sir Thomas Desmond Gimlette

GIMLET RECIPE

• 2oz/60ml LONDON DRY GIN
• .75oz/22ml LIME JUICE 
• .75oz/22ml SIMPLE SYRUP

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wheel.
